It's always hard for me to give a description of who I am mostly because I'm not that exciting to write about and because I don't really know who I am. But let's see...
I am an Air Force brat who was fortunate enough to see a few parts of the world but be raised at the same base since I was in 2nd grade so I have a few of the same friends since grade school. I decided at a young age that I was going places in life. I bought my first home at the age of 19 and then a year or so later packed it all up and moved across country to live someplace new. (Hey, why not, right?!) I figured if you don't get out early you never leave. It turns out I met some really cool people that I can call for anything and even a wonderful husband. He happens to be a NCO in the US Army, we got married as soon as he came home from a deployment in 2007 and have since bought a new home, had a baby, PCS'd and rented out said home, had another baby and throw in two more deployments for good measure. Actually, you could say one and a half deployments since we're not quite done with this round.
Other than that, I love to cook, especially baked goods. I stay home with our two children - a job I never thought I'd actually have. I try tons of craft projects, a good few I never finish and I recently started selling Gold Canyon candles so I can learn to be more outgoing.
I'm a typical, boring, do-our-everyday-thing Army wife who wishes like any other wife to have her husband home, have more friends, be skinnier, etc., etc., all while enjoying the path I am on and looking forward to where it leads.
